One-on-one coaching is the process of one person helping another overcome an issue or improve performance. It revolves around sharing experiences and knowledge around specific topics or areas, showing how to best approach different situations, and laying out the steps that should be used when executing the task.

Short term & Long-term goal setting
A short-term goal is a goal that you want to complete soon, such as within the next week or the next month. These are often steppingstones towards larger goals, though not always. You can also use short-term goals for smaller projects or ideas. As a result, short-term goals tend to be easier to achieve. A long-term goal is something you want to accomplish in the future. Long-term goals require time and planning. They are not something you can do this week or even this year. Most long-term goals are usually at least several years away.
